Re: wich way dose the b18b spin?????
Seriously? While looking at the timming belt All honda engines spin backwards (clockwise) except K series and S2k engines... Easy way to tell which way a engine spins is by looking at where the intake manifold. If it's FWD mani in front it spins counter clockwise and the tranny will be on the right side. If the intake mani is on the rear of the engine the tranny will be on the left side and the engine spins backwards or clockwise. Intake mani doesn't allways hold true though, such as with VW crossflow heads. Just look at the tranny or the belt as it moves...

The top of the cams spin toward the front of the car.
This is one of the dumber questions I've seen in a while. :1
If I wanted to know I would have just found a car with one and started it.

If you don't believe me think about which way the wheel would be turning as the car moves forward on the same side as the front of the engine.
Pass. side: the wheel turns clockwise.
Drivers side: the wheel will be turning counter-clockwise.
The vast majority of transmissions turn the same directin as the engine when in a forward gear.

Re: wich way dose the b18b spin?????
Most engines spin in the same direction as the tranny due to the reduced losses eliminating an idler gear (i think its idler).
Looking at the inlet/exh. orientation has absolutely f@ck all to do with the direction the engine spins.
Put the gearbox in front of the cars driver (RHD bitch's); more importantly the engine on the opposite side. And you get better corner weighting. Honda try to utilise pretty much every engineering trick to improve their cars. Its why they're good.
