New cars also are built to collapse absorbing impact forces hence they are getting expensive to fix when in a accident.

I was quoted $625 for LIABILITY in my crx a month, my own name, 20 years old, 2 tickets with zero points

I called a new company the next day and asked for a quote on the same car, gave her all my info, $124/month out the door, amazing, then she found out she made a mistake and put me in a 25 and over class, she caught the mistake, told me over the phone she caught the mistake and told me she would let the mistake slide and KNOWONE would notice unless my account went under review

I asked to speak with her at the insurance office and it was a young ass blonde, thanked her very heavily and left

I paid $375 for liability for my 91 ranger v6 under my own name this whole last year, paid for the truck 3 times over just to insure it......

Its all about the value of the car , and also on the history of the driver.

Call around all the insurance companies. When i shopped for my own insurance some companies were over twice as much as the cheapest I found.

dude where the ---- do you all live paying hundreds of dollars on liability....=/ I had an 88 CRX Si and paid $15 monthly for liability in my own name at 19, and now I have an 92 Integra LS and pay $29 monthly for liability in my own name at 21 :y
