rofl, it's not just UPS.

Last time I was at the Atlanta/Chicago airports, I saw some fedex planes being loaded. They have a conveyor thing that goes up to the plane's door, but instead they were throwing boxes into the door. A lot of times they would miss, package would hit the side of the plane, and fall back to the ground.

actually ups employes make enough money to hand deliver ---- to you and kiss your ass while doing it. i had had ---- lost with ups and even never recieved stuff from them aswell,but i have never had any problems with fedex and will continue to use them as well as the post office.

I've had problems with FedEx especially, but UPS and even DHL once. USPS FTW!!1!

My UPS man knows me buy name, and usually shoots the ---- for a couple of minutes. I, don't even have bent corners usually. It all depends on th the persons work ethic (or lack there of).

My FedEx guy always delivered my parts to my neighbor two houses up or a lady down the road from me on a different street (and a different house number...)

so i started ups awhile ago and scottsi is pretty much right. you better package your box well and if theres multiple items in the box make sure you taped it well. because if it bust opens things can get lost, and box's drop anywhere from a foot to 8 feet in the trailers. some people there will take care, but boxs weigh anything from 1 pound to 150 pounds so if your handling over several thousand box's in a 4-5 hour shift, sometimes you just toss the boxs instead of nicely placing boxs on the rollers or what not. and alot of the equipment in the smaller towns at least are fucked up junk. there to cheap or lazy to fix stuff to work proper. and some ups workers get paid good when you start off its ----, unless you get hired on as a driver or better then the other peon jobs there. everyone does get benifits though after two months theres a plus side. so yes you better hope wherever you buy your ---- from they package it well. ups is the worse paying job ive had so far. i just got it because it worked good with my schedule at the time

UPS sucks dick. Too expensive, and a hassle on both ends.
Fedex, hassle to ship, but big ground items are cheaper.
USPS ships all Stealthmode stuff, and picks the ---- up from me too. I never thought the US government would want anything but a monopoly on anything they do, but in the free market of shipping, they actually are good. Who knew? ???

USPS isn't that great either. I thought I packed those rods/pistons pretty good and those still got the skirts cracked. Why couldn't the pistons I didnt' want get damaged. :7

I ordered 2 axles off the net about a year and a half ago, they came in a timely fashion and there was a note on my door saying they were by the garage. After a few minutes of searching I found them in a snowbank in the middle of my yard. There were 2 boxes taped together, they were both crushed to ---- and one of them was ripped open and one of the axles was missing. I called UPS and they told me I had to write them a letter explaining to them what happened and send along my copy of the billing statement showing that I was supposed to get 2 axles and mail it to them. So I mailed it all certified and about a week later I was called by a manager of some sort who told me that the driver would be by the next morning to pick up the torn box. The next day a driver came by and picked up the box. After a week of not hearing anything I called ups and spoke with the manager again, initially he claimed that he had never heard of me before, once that arguement was settled he told me that I had no way of proving that the box was empty when I got it and for all he knows I already put the axle on the car. I haven't heard anything since.

^ Yeah I hear you. I sold a port and polished Y8 head that just needed to be put back together about two years ago. The guy got it and the box was full of holes (was a brand new box BTW) and half the packaging was missing along with missing parts. Filed a claim...nothing.... after about a month I called them up and they said it was improperly packaged, bend over. Yeah it was improperly packed after you dumb shits ripped holes in it and the packaging came out.

ive shipped a TON of ---- through USPS and never once have I had ANY complaints.

The only thing I dont like about USPS, is there tracking. I wish they tracked like UPS.

Yeah there tracking sucks. When you have a buyer that bugs you 10 times a day the USPS tracking system just won't cut it.

LOL just got back from work today a gnc box full of weightgain pills and some add led to your pencil pills broke open it was a mess. after the box was taped up ---- was still flowing down the belts its hard to get everything Working there i use to unload brown trucks i would say 6 out of 10 trucks had dog treats in them b/c will mommy's ------- the mailman she doesnt let fido stay in the house so he gets some UPS ass. +1 for a part time job that pays just as much as some full time W/ benies and they dont drug test been working there 1 1/2 years started at 9.50 now im makein 11.75 and i got my teeth fixed ;D

Its not really fair to compare the USPS to the others. They arent really a regular public company. There is no way they could stay afloat without gov't assistance. Every year millions of tax dollars go to keeping it going. Bigger items sent through the post office end up going DHL anyways. USPS is Union run by a bunch of whiny cash hungry fucks who barely graduated high school. Most of the carriers are very nice but i would be too if i was making 50k a year with gov't benefits, regular OT, and short days. Once your in its almost impossible to be fired. I saw one guy get FIRED 3 TIMES but still kept coming back to work until his appeals were finished. Then he just ended up getting transferred. USPS is good but if it were a normal company it would have gone under a couple decades after the pony express.

Ive been fired once at ups and if i call out 1 more time in the next 6 months i will be suspeded ( Vacation) kinda sux that my kids due date is sept 9th. The union is great but i see how buisness owners hate it b/c you get a dickhead working for you and you cant really ---- with them.

You would to if you were treated like ---- till your rep comes around then everyone wants to be nice and respectfull and help you out. And its not even like you can do much b/c the supervisors are all females and i personaly saw a good guy loose his job due to false sexual harrassment claims

my ups guy is cool. i see him twice a day. but the other guys at ups piss me off. we get screens and grills for windows sent to us from like pella and anderson and usually they are all smashed. i'll see them in his truck all off to the side with nothing on them and then i look at them and there is a hole in the package the size of a baseball. or has a crease in it from where it was bent in half.
