You can't beat $1500 for a good condition daily driver. It may be the v6 mustang over there, but I think it looks 100 times better then a stang. I'd leave it stock though and get something better to sup up.

I am a hard core civic fan, but I would trade it in for a skyline anyday. and thats only car that could take the place of my civic.

Look past the name for a second, its 10 less HP and 500 more pounds than a Civic SI. That thing couldn't get out of its own way

Good buy Frank, I don't know of your whole "dishonest past" but I'm assuming you have no reason to lie, and I have a friend overseas in Okinawa who got a steal on a Sileighty so the price seems reasonable to me.

First and foremost guys, you have to realize that as "gay" as you think this car is, he could part it out on ebay for big time cheese. As gay as you may think it is, the real gay reality is how much people pay for skyline anything on ebay.

Second, that car while stock is a POS, is much like 90% of the cars on this website, stock they are ----. My three CRX's all have been ----. Everyone of you that drives a Civic knows that when it was made from the factory, it was a piece of ----. But the whole reason we are on this website is because NONE OF US LEAVE OUR CARS STOCK! And Frank now has a platform to start with that blows majority of ours out of the water. It's RWD, it's sexy, there's tons of parts for it, and it has the potential to have some sick *** swaps that don't cost much in Japan. For 2 grand that thing could be pushing 300 to the rear wheels no problem. Another grand and it could be pushing 500. Did you guys forget that he's in Japan? And on the topic of handling, half of us can only dream to have our FWD Civics feel like that thing will with only a minor bit of suspension work....

Third, and most important, hype or not... It's a Skyline. How many girls will be more impressed by a Civic than a Skyline. How many people do you know that have Civics that look nicer than that car does already, yet it still has so much more potential.

Honestly stop bashing the guy. If he has the car, he has something great, and at a great price.

For $1500 it's not bad, not my first choice, but still not bad.

Start selling people JDM parts and make enough money to get a real motor and tranny in there though.

if you put that Skyline in front of most girls, they wouldn't even know what it is...

like I said, its a very nice looking car, but its still not the optimal platform to start off with IMO when there are tons of other chocies. since he apparently got it so cheap, I say keep it as a daily and scoop up something better.
