yeah i am wondering who of you guys ever tryed Acid, what kind of crazy experiences have you had? i've never tryed that ----, and yeah maybe it's dumb and all but i want to try it just once just to see what that ---- is all about.

Let it be known that I am 100% drug free..........

I've done acid plenty of times, probably more than I should have. Honestly, I'm glad I tried it at least once. It's a crazy thing. This might sound stupid, but I think it really expands your mind and makes you realize how complex the human mind is. It made me view things in a completely different manner. I think everybody should try it at sometime in there life just to experience a different view. :-\

I suggest doing it with people you are comfortable with and make sure you have a plan of what you're gong to be doing for the rest of the night or you're going to be completely lost and not know WTF to do with yourself. ;)

I never got any "flashbacks". ??? Personally, I think the people who say they experience flashbacks were already fucked up to begin with or they are just making it up for whatever reason. :-\

from what ive heard (i know you cant believe all that youre told but i dont wanna be the one to find out)...the flashbacks are waay later, not any time soon. find another way to "expand your mind" imho

Don't think you are going to sleep on that ----.

I just remember alot of things that I normally saw all of a sudden had motions to all of them. An alarm clock just sits on the table and tells you the time, but on acid the time bounces around.

I only did acid twice. It was crazy ----, but it's not like a drug that makes you want more, it's just a trip.

probebly not a good idea to have an acid party. just do it with someone your comfortable with. you cant realy explain it to anyone who hasent done it. its not like a cartoon where you see crazy ----. you do see things but whats harder is the 2392380 shifts in the concepts and ideas youve had. and i think people just make flashbacks up to sound cool. ive never had one.

I agree.

I would also make sure you don't have to drive AT ALL. I had to drive across town one time and it was right at sunrise(~6am)and that was fucked up. I'm just glad the roads weren't populated. The 5 minute drive seemed like it took about 5 hours and I couldn't tell what lane I was in driving down the 5 mile wide road. :o

ive done both and i dont think there alike realy. every time ive been on mushrooms i feel realy cold/hot and feel like im in water with a current going around me or somthing. feel real like tingley and see rainbows around light sources. and hear things. and laugh way to ------- much. and you cant realy explain the thinking part that goes with it to anyone. same with acid.

Mushrooms have a cleaner "trip". You don't get the jitters and "tweek like" high like you do with acid. Acid is dirty ----. Not that mushrooms are good for you, but they are better than acid. I've seen people do both at the same time and pretty much lose their minds for the night. :-\ Scary ----.....

the first couple times i did boomers i started to think all these bad thoughts and i told my friend and he like talked me back up and when they would start to come back i would just remind myself i ate mushrooms....the last time i did them i got so bugged out and thought i was the biggest piece of ---- and was never going to amount to anything....that was the end of them for me havn't fucked with them since high school...or anyother drug for that matter
i think you're better off with boomers first but that's just my opinion.....best time i ate them i was in this chicks house squirting jello on her ceiling with my boy and talking to it

tab of acid plus 2.5grams of mush WILL make you go absolutely insane for the night....I thought I was a god and could controll ---- with my mind...I preached to 10 people at this party for 2 hours.....then we watched the kids cartoon movie 'fern gully' twice.

I did 1 gram of mush last night. If you do mush in small doses it kinda makes you high....makes my body feel all good. mush in higher doses makes me

trip the ---- out.

I've never did acid but i've done mush once and i dunno if it just because i'm the kind of person who always needs things to be controlled but i tripped balls so hard. After ai while i just wanted it to be over, i would say that you should definatley try shrooms first before you try acid because if you can't 3-5 hours you wont be able to take like 10-15

I've done acid and shrooms, but i am in no way a druggie and haven't done any drug other than alcohol in years.

If you're a smoker you're gonna smoke a ---- load of cigs when you trip. I really enjoyed the thoughts I'd get on acid/shrooms. It makes you think you can solve everything and also expands your mind. I've never had a 'bad trip' because I won't let myself. If you're gonna do it you better do it with peeps you know and you're close with.

One last reminder, don't take a tab...wait a bit....think it 's not working.....then take another....and another....and then you don't even know your name. :-\

I never had a flashback nor do I know what one is.

An example of a visual hallucination I got the first time I took acid was that I waved my arm in front of my face and it looked like a deck of cards behind my arm. It was like I had a bunch of hands trying to catch up to my real arm. Kinda hard to explain.

when i lived in seattle, there where these hippy dudes that lived in the U Dist. and they would go pick the shrooms from U-dub campus during the season. well... ive done bolth acid and shrooms but this one time a friend of a friend got some of these U-dub shrooms and i was trippen balls... everything i experienced was electric. you should try ------- on shrooms too... i think there was a point where half way through i forgot what i was doing....
anyway... i don't touch anything anymore. i do think that once maybe twice expands the mind, but really who only does it once or twice. everyonce in a while i'll get flash backs of boosting 20psi... oh wait i wasn't boosted yet then... i dunno...

Don't knock it until you try it. :P That was all in my past. Haven't done it in years and don't plan to ever again. It's just one of those things you try out.

I suggest trying a 1/2 eighth of mushrooms first in order to get used to the tripping "feel".....Mushies can be just as crazy as acid, but the whole feel of it is different, its more of a relaxed trip, you generally get eased into the trip more......

...acid is way more unpredictable....you pretty much never know how much to dose yourself with unless your friends have tried the same batch..... 1 hit could be 30 ug, or 200 ug, there's just no way to tell.... (its active in doses as low as 20ug, average hit is 75-120 ug "millionths of a gram"......

and once it kicks in....OMG it doesn't "ease you into the trip" at all....you start feeling a bit "off", then suddenly its like the firm board of reality has just been swiped out from under you and you can just hope for the best.

I've dropped acid over 60 times....all liquid form straight from the vial...no shitty tabs or rave acid.

It does show you a different way to perceive life and reality...yet once you realize that there's another way to look at things then doing acid again is really pointless unless you LIKE having the world turned upside down, not knowing who or what you are, if you're alive or not, if time is going forward or backwards or standing still, or how long you'll be like that....

If you do decide to try it I recommend starting with a low dose, and make sure you have a very comfortable and open mindset...LSD is really something that surprises you EVERY time, there's no way to predict how the trip will be.

and as for flashbacks...I've heard theories that they are just from PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) ...


If anyone tells you that an acid trip is 100% fun then either they are getting really shitty acid or they are lying (or don't remember)....it's a VERY wild ride....emotions going up and down...you just cant explain it.

acid is a VERY stressful experience

in my experience i agree with this....I've only had 1 flashback..... (about a 6 months after dropping cid, I'm almost 21 now and haven't done it or any other hard drug in over 3 years)........

I stay all natural and go with mushrooms, weed, and San Pedro cactus. Shrooms are a crazy drug. fun trip to say the least and it honestly makes you view things in a totally different way when your done. ;D

i heard Peote (however you spell it) is way stronger than acid... and as for flashbacks with shrooms..i get em from time to time, but I can agree with the stress theory, cuz i had a very very very bad trip one time, freaked out for 8 hours after eatin a lil more than a 1/4 of bloomers

yeah, i guess i'll give shrooms a shut... anyone know where i could get some in seattle area? what do they look like? because sometime ago i was walking around my friend's house and saw some small brown mushrooms growing there... is that it? and i would have find a good day to do it so my wife wouldn't be around and all, since i am a "drug free" person, i wouldn't want her to start thinking otherwise.

I stopped at weed, not shitty swag but nugglets, I was going to try this stuff called salvia but it smelled like ---- and my buddy said it took alot to do anything. (its legal, called ecstsay cigarettes at some places) But my old boss had a flashback while welding once, thats what one of my former coworkers told me. I don't think I would try shrooms or acid, that ---- cost money and I want the rice accord to be turbo'd.

For any drug questions I would check out erowid.com . 50% of people who have used LSD experience a 'flashback' at least once in their life (ha I got credits for taking a class on drugs, the book was pretty honest with everything). I personally know some people who have done ALOT of LSD and... wel....l there out there. One sees 'soap bubbles and gears / cogs' in his vision ALL the time.... but he has also eaten extraordinary amounts. LSD IS NOT ALL CHEMICALS, IT IS DERIVED FROM THE ERGOT FUNGUS and in its pure form it is one compound... it is thought it is chemically comprised as it requires quite a robust laboratory to extract it. LSD and mushies are both seratonin psychadelics so they do have simiilar effects but the experience themselves are quite different. Definetly try the mushies first, then LSD.... and no it can't be any old mushroom growin on the ground it must be from the P. cubensis or a few other closely related species. Check out shroomery.org for more info on that, there pretty easy to grow >:D . (ps im h4mm3r3d so sorry for any typos). Oh and neither mushies nor LSD are addicting.

I think flashbacks are highly subjective. I've never had any, and the last time I did acid was 8-10 years ago. As for "expanding your mind"... never had that happen :-P but I can't remember having a bad experience. I think my favorite (out of probably 3 trips) was on a beach at midnight in Carlsbad CA, the ocean looked like it was standing still and the condos on the beach turned into dinosaurs. It was interesting.

The worst trip I have ever seen was with this guy Nathan that I knew in high school... everybody had somebody like him in your graduating class, he was a great guy but took waaaaay too many drugs and knew, uh, the wrong kind of people... had a band, etc. Anyway, he overdosed on some microdot and couldn't sleep for a week. His family took him to the hospital (because he thought he was Jesus) and had to restrain him. When a nurse came in to check on him, he asked her if she wanted to suck his dick. His dad says... I ---- you not... "she probably does son, just not right now."

LOL it was the funniest ---- ever.
