Who knows Josh Ross aka blind fashion? Got scammed I think
 

I bought a DTR header of this guy exactly 2 weeks ago today (PayPal'd the money). He told me the header would ship as soon as it cleared to his account, it cleared like 3 days later, he told me I'd have a tracking number that day...I didn't. Here's the original thread to this:

I have tried to PM him numerous times with no reply, called his cell and any other number i could locate with no luck, his cell goes straight to voice mail. I needed this header like yesterday, that's why I sent it so fast and hoped he got it out, I need it to finish my exhaust and my car is supposed to be in a BIG show here in CINCINNATI OHIO by the 25th, basically a debut show. I gave this guy $850, now I have nothing. I'm at the point where I'm willing to pay someone in WA to go to his place and get this header for me or to help me out, if worse comes to worse, I'll be going to Washington, it's happened before. This is the only contact I have on him right now:

PLEASE I'm begging for someone to help me out here, I know there's a bunch of WA guys here, help me out. I need this header, if I get it sometime this week, I'll forget anything ever happened.

Before Stevemode jumps in on this one (and he will hahaha); you will get your header. There are a few members on here that know him personally, and have bought parts locally from him w/ good results.

This thread is now going to fill up w/ a bunch of "Ross is a thief" -complete with links hahaha

...man this sucks ass...I NEED that header BAD!!! I have a Honda Tuning magazine shoot the 1st week in February. All I want is my header and I get a ---- load of excuses, I'm not bitching but the lack of communication sucks ass and there is no way to get ahold of him. $850 is some decent scratch too.

Before I bought the header, he was the easiest person to get ahold of, now after he got my money it's damn near impossible.

History shows that peacefully is a good chance, but quickly doesn't come up with anything when I google "How long does it take Josh Ross to send payed for parts?".


He's either going to dissapear for awhile, or he's going to come in here and try to convince us that there really wasn't an issue, you're just being an impatient -------.

That's the thing, the only reason I bought his is because he said he'd send it the day it cleared PayPal since he didn't have cash to pay for shipping. I was cool with that but that was 10 days ago. I lived up to my end of the deal, I just wish he would.

Sorry about that, i just havnt been online, its all boxed up and ready to go, i will post the tracking number on here in the AM tomorrow.


it took 5 days to clear my account ( actually get into mine and be accessible.), so i'm only 5 days slow on shipping and he jumps my balls :-P i love it.

its ok, i mean 2 weeks i'd probably be stressing it to :-D ... but i told him the day it cleared, and the fact that i have not had time, eh oh well. ---- happends. I'm not going to loose any sleep over it.

I also talked to you every day i didint send it out saying it was me not having time, and i didint responde for 2 days and then i come on to check my pm's on h-t and tell you the news and i have 7 pm's waitin on h-t and some re re comes and im's me on msn ... lol and my phone number isnt either of those. you should have the right one..

sorry i just looked at my pm's on h-t it wasnt even 2 days it was 27 hours since i talked to him last. so i wasnt on for one WHOLE day. I'm sorry next time i will care more. :'(

Slicks? sorry never sold any slicks.. I did sell some Gram lights tho on h-t and that wasnt a year and a half ago :-P I sell all kinds of ---- on h-t and i have 2 things to ship out in the morning..... If i dont sleep in.. Steve tells me its agood to ship late.

wow, sure has been awhile since i have seen a "Josh Ross screwed me out of my money" thread on here. almost as long as its been sicne i have seen him here :-\.

anyways if you don't get your ---- let me know, i think it's about time somebody whips his bitch ass for shipping at his conveniance. i hate people like that, especially when you tell them that it is important that you get it by a certain time >:D

For $800 I'd be offended if someone called them a header. For $800 you should at least get the dignity to have the "S" on the end. $800 header"S" doesn't seem as bad as an $800 header. And that's marketing folks. 8)
