I dont like fighting I think its stupid. He challenged me by saying that he would "pummell" me so I asked him if he wished to prove this. I dont see how this makes me a homosexual. And yes my girlfriend is beautiful, which again not sure how that makes me a homosexual. And I am not trying to prove anything other then the fact that my workout plan is obviously works JUST fine for me.

And necro it didnt take that long to get the stomach, just a lot of crunches haha. I found that working my obliques the same day I do abs helped out a lot as well.

If I was pro then I wouldnt be a financial advisor haha, but I was good enough. I dont want to toot my own horn though. I was quick and my endurance level was very high.

He was talking about pummelling me. When I know for a fact that he wouldnt. I was stating that I boxed for 6 years because I boxed for six years, meaning I know a thing or two about how to throw a punch.

I don't know what yall r talking about, b/c this thread was about bodybuilding and now ur mention boxing. Boxers do not do the same workout as bodybuilders. Where u a middle weight? Boxers also spend most of their time on their technic.

what the hell?

anyways on the bodybuilding part someone said you need to rest first before you work out which they are 100% correct. The 3 day rule for me is just guidelines. I would never work out if im still sore as hell. if i did that i would just be breaking down muscles. So work out only when you know your strong enough to.

I stopped boxing two years ago and no I was lightweight division. I know the thread is about bodybuilding, but if you read the whole thing it went to ***** a long time ago. Now I just want to workout to gain a bit of mass and stay in shape. Before I was all about "no body fat" and "speed" and "technic" things like that.

I work out trying to build muscle and see some big gains. i am also taking creatine i know to drink lots of water. my question is : is Propel "fitness water" just as good as drinking water? the stuff made by gatorade
