I have recently started back at the gym.
Does anyone on here have a good program and good diet information? My goal is to get big naturally |

i'd like to start working out.....back in high school I could bench 185 and I only weighed 133, I thought that was pretty good...but that was about 3 years ago and now I'm scrawny again.
I have some 20 lb. dumbells and a norditrack....maybe I should start using them. |

Creatine is amazing..if you can spend the cash get M5..it's the best ----..you should cycle it 3weeks on 3weeks off so you don't ---- with your body's natural production of creatine. And everyone knows you can't go wrong with protein shakes, for good building you need 2g of protein per 1 pound of weight a day. Right now I do a shitload of diff. exercises , most of them i picked up from guys at the gym and from magazines like men's health. Thats about all i know off hand, but if you have any questions post em and i could ask my best friend who is an amatuer body builder. Good luck.

Eat 2 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight. If you weigh 130lbs eat 260 grams if you weigh 150 eat 300 grams. Just take multivitamins and glutamine for the first six months and eat alot. After a couple months stop taking the glutamine and go out and buy NO2 by mir labs, its a hemodialator that opens your blood vessels take it for ten days. On the tenth day start taking creatine, finish the bottle of NO2 but continue taking creatine and start the glutamine. If you stick with it for a year I can guarantee youll gain 40 - 60 pounds of muscle

www.bodybuilding.com haso tons of info. Eat big, lots of protein, drink a whey protein shake after your workouts ON 100% whey is cheap, high quality and tastes good. Also take multi vitamins. If you want more supplements try creatine. creatine monohydrate is fine but CEE is better. I fyou want something a little better try a creatine, nitric oxide product. I'm using Xpand right now, Its cheap and works great.

what is the best foor for protein? tuna? I've heard that potential side effects of creatine are kidney stones, anyone hear this before? |

Beef is the best, it has more fat than tuna or chicken breast, but it also has a ---- load of b vitamins. But tuna, chicken, eggs, egg whites, fish, turkey, pork, milk, and protien shakes are all good, just try not to eat to many saturated fats.

no2 is garbage....ive tried many things including steroids and for me creatine overall has worked the best. Obviously steroids will give u the most gains but its not worth the consequences. I did a cycle with hotrex and we faught over the dumbest ----. I weigh 180 pounds and im puttin up 295 on flat bench el natural. All you need is a good diet and to work your ass off. I plan on gettin back on creatine tho :P

Ive used it twice, ive read the books and is basically garbage. If i remeber right arginine is the substance used to vasodilate the blood vessels in you muscles. The pump you feel will actually hinder range of motion. I did not like the fact that it made me stiff after 2 sets...Granted it made me look bigger the affect went away when u were done lifting. I cycled on it with creatine and asa I was finished with the no2 my max went up as I remained on the tein

You may be short, so it affects your range of motion, it works good for me and everyone I know. I dont know what to tell you

www.wannabebig.com is a great site with some awesome routines. wbb1 is a good starter routine.
On that site, Chris Mason has a good article about putting on mass and what lifts to do. As for eating, it anything and everything. Calories matter more then protein for putting on weight, period. Plus if you are eating 3500+ cals a day, you will usually get over more then enough protien. Here's a shake I like to drink twice a day, very filling, full of carbs. The weight gainer I use is Mammoth 2500. It's cheap and I like it. ~650ml milk, 1 serving weight gainer (4 scoops), 1 scoop protien, 2 cups oatmeal, 3 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp olive oil. That makes 2 servings of ~1000 cals each. Not terribly hard to choke down either. Drink those, have a few meals inbetween, and hit the gym hard with good form and you'll pack on the pounds. Creatine is awesome to, dont bother cycling it. Hit me up on msn if you want a few routines to try |
