Look at other places.A liscensed journeyman here can make between $17-$21 and hour.Thats not bad considering you can get a brand new 3 bed,2 bath,2000-2500sqft house for $110K.I do all my shopping at Wallmart and spend $80 a week for food and such.To me it even seems like cloths is a little cheaper.I think its verry cost effective to live here.Plus its a nice enviernmet for my son to grow up.

The cheapest unlivable piece of ---- house is $180k right now. I just feel I've fucked up already. If I were smart when I was younger I would have a massive headstart. I could sell my house or take a decent sized loan out on it to start a business, weather it be electrical or something else.....

Move to a place where you would love to live, and go. Don't limit yourself by staying complacent in a place you know. Once you read the book rich dad/poor dad, you'll realize that owning houses and being smart with money doesn't require much money at all. Oh, and when I'm 30 I want to be Raffi. For a mexican, he sure is a white boy.
