looks like that BBB article pretty much hit the nail on the head. my guess, 99% of the people were bitching about the ---- cracking and not a HKS product. at least thats what I got out of it.

I ordered from the new site and its great.---- arrives quick well packaged just like old times 
SSauto has the best shipping in the industry and packaging is great too, now if you just got a high quality piece in that box it would be golden.
