Whats up with CCA?
I ordered my intercooler about a month ago and still havent got it yet. I tried to email them a week ago also and still haven't got a reply... anyone got any clue?

well everythread that they usually have they say "dont pm us he doesnt check it that often email is its faster" so i emailed them twice, once a week ago and again the other day.

I think they are going through some ---- right now.Not making any exuses for them.Im pretty shure your tired of waiting.their buisness practice hasnt been to good lately by what I hear..at least here on HMT.
I guess this makes my CCA intercooler a collectors item now huh? :P |

well the thing that makes me mad is they already have my money and had it for over a month now. they told me there would be a wait which is fine its a custom product so there is bound to be fab time but i asked if they had to take my money up front knowing i have to wait nearly a month in advance. now i cant get ahold of anyone & its pretty frustrating.

well their site says about 3 weeks but i placed my order the 7th of march.

It takes time. They had to send a letter to lil Jwon Quin Jin lee for the custom IC measurement. Then they had to teach how to read chinese. Then they have to teach him how to read english to understand your order. Then learn how to tig weld and then finally assemble it. Not to mention first buy it from SSAC on ebay and get it shipped to them and then slap on a CCA sticker and a made in the USA sticker on it. 8)

the only way I like to post. Straight from the heart. CCA can eat a dick up till they hiccup. Only thing that seperates them from SSAC is the name now. SSAC should make a screen name now as HMT's DAD. :-*

Last I heard SSautocoach also outsourced his customer service to China. So you have to expect his customer service to be shitty and unreliable now...but you can't beat the prices. :S

figured i'd bump this thread to let people know their customer service blows if anyone didnt already know this. i was told the 10th that my intercooler would ship that week. its clearly been enuff time for my intercooler to arive had they truely sent it that week unless they are hand delivering it to my door. i've also attempted to email them again about a tracking number or any further info but they cant even write a simple reply. ::)

Damn what the hell happened to them. After the whole "CCA Offers turbos etc..." topic and everybody responded by saying "Thats SSAC/XS/etc" they ducked out and never showed back up. Dissappointing because they're intercoolers were decent, I guess Tyrus gets out money when he goes back online.

Apparently they really took it to heart when everyone jumped on them and called them SSautocoach. :-\ But I mean wtf is wrong with them? They should know this marketplace being members as long as they had. Apparently they thought becuase its CCA selling cheap Chinese ---- we wouldn't know or call them out for selling cheap chinese ----. :3 I guess they really didn't pay attention to what HMT members really want if they think we're going to lick their balls for selling typ-r color changing tachs. ::) |

sent them another email telling them send me my intercooler or send me my money. reply: http://atlas.walagata.com/w/liquidtek/ccareply.jpg http://atlas.walagata.com/w/liquidtek/reciept.jpg they should have all my info because on my email reciept from their billing site it has my name/addy/phone/email. and if i really did get that email with my tracking # why would i bother emailing them about sending my intercooler? i'll keep everyoen posted if/when i get my intercooler. |

When you send an email to someone it goes to your sent mail box. The sent mail with tracking number is available to you from any computer in the world. :-\
I'm at home at 1215 a.m. at night, and the tracking number is at the office (although you should have recieved the email), but it is ON THE WAY!! |
