I think that is the best option. Moving to Canada, Mexico or Europe would be worse than this country, even though we complain about our own country.

They dont push the buttons, they dont show up to the polls. If people are too dumb to realize what you think is going on with the media...its still their own fault.

One of the reasons our country and our world is headed in the direction it is, is because of the lack of responsibility taken by anyone for their actions, lack of action or stupidity.

Your candidate for example...are you really going to blame the MEDIA for the reason no one voted for him? Can we not blame him for not getting the media to showcase his platform a little more prevalently?

I grant you, this year (and recent past elections) are a big popularity contest...but that just means he wasnt part of the cool kid group. I didnt win King of the Prom in high school...must have been the medias fault. :)

I know in a perfect world all citizens would grasp what's really going on, but that's not the case. That same ideal world would have the media actually report news, instead of making it. It's hard to say which one is to blame first.
One thing is for sure, the citizens for the most part are idiots for being ignorant, and the media for the most part painted a perception of Ron Paul being crazy. The argument for who has more responsibility can be debated, but when a large corporation that makes war products also owns the news and doesn't give the anti-war candidate a fair shake, there's a problem.
