Ouch, thats harsh. I worked for UPS this holiday season and most drivers would work over 12 hours every day. ---- even as a helper I would be out till 10 trying to finish up.

to start off, i used to work for ups. All i have to say, if your package is lucky if it arrives unharmed. I know this first hand, because we all used to throw them no matter how many fragile stickers are on it. I dont work there anymore for the record.

On another note, i have NEVER had UPS get any of my orders right. The past 5 things ive had to actually goto the city hub and wait arounbd for about an hour (after all the trucks get back from their daily runs) while they go 'look' for my packages. They almost lost an $1200 intercooler, and my porting templates! Not to mention all the other stuff. Basically I hate ups.

here is a link to take up more time.

I guess it could be different in other areas and since I only worked with one driver, I cant say much. But the driver I did work with was actualy careful with the packages :o

I loaded and unloaded and maintained the trucks (all of them) for almost a year. It was strictly a rush rush type deal. None of the higher ups cared if stuff was broken. Granted it was a cool job because i was left in charge of all the trucks after everyone left for the night. But it payed way to crappy.

and ive had nothing but bad experiences with recieving anything from them.

UPS always fucks up and sends packages to the school right by my house. It might have to do with the school almost having the same address (same numbers different street). Fedex has never fucked up though.

I spent the last 2 hours staring out my windown expecting to see a brown pos to no avail. I tracked down the two packages and they're are out to be delivered. you guys are giving me the creep. I hope they won't fawk up my intercooler.

my buddy roger worked at ups, they don't strap down any of the packages, they just use other packages to wedge between the packages and the wall. he said "i've litterally run from one side of the trailer to the other and jumpkicked a package to get it to stick in there"
