what a waste. I'd like it the otheway around. 4G to a b-series tranny. But they do make a bellhousing to use a W58 from a supra to bolt onto a 4G63. I never checked on a price but those supra trannies can handle a good number and those things are pretty cheap and plentiful at the boneyards. Once the L28 in the Z goes then 4G it is.

flipping the rear is the easy part of the equation, you still need a RWD trans that spins CC.
weld the diff on the stock trans, and run a driveshaft from the passenger (now rear) side of the trans to the rear end. shift linkage would be a mess but nothing an H/F series wont fix
edit: then you'd need to figure out the gearing for the rear end, though having a 90mph top speed wouldnt be an issue. going that fast in a RWD CRX woould be very very insane

---- it, make it mid engine and run an alxe in the front and the rear for AWD. Then the diff on the trans becomes the center diff.
Then the diffs in the front and rear would 1:1. HAHA.
