In OEM boxes... Syncromesh... It works. BETTER than OEM Honda ----..
In the straightcut box I use Redline Lightweight Shockproof,,. From Redline: Recommended for heavily-loaded racing differentials and transmissions, Off Road racing and problem gearboxes. The viscosity characteristics allow the lubricant to resist throwoff and provide a film thickness similar to a 75W250 grade, while providing the same low fluid friction as an SAE 75W90. ---- is incredible DOES NOT come off the gears at all.... quieted down the straightcuts considerably over 10-30. |

Shockproof light :) Currently I'm using $4 a quart Castrol, 3 quarts every 16k miles. |

Ya its icky but really works well, box isnt clunky or notchy at all, not even when cold with the multi viscosity Redline bearsnot, BUT ITS A ----------ER to clean up
