ok yahhhhhhhhhhh that was good story yes, maybe for a movie, but its not real life, i mean come the ---- on now, i have hella friends that are theives and they dont play with no bullshit guns, one 50 round clip from a mac11 or even 15 from a ruger. come the hell one he isnt no god damn westley snipes from demolition man, i would have believed it if all the theieves didnt have guns cuz frankly theieves usually dont carry firearms for one and if they do one person packs which is a lookout and would have let him have it the second they saw him, if this is such a real story why isnt it on cnn or something ? 6 people killed in a attempted car theft would be on nationwide news, i think what really happened is frankly he got jacked, lost his car, ran outside, got fired at, went in his house and hid under his bed like a bitch. what a story, and btw, murder is NO BAIL, 6 person mass murder would be NO BAIL x 6. and 500 grand would be 50k thru a bail bondsman, was this in the room with the illegal drug operation, and the prostitution ring was hidden ? i hate online bullshitters.

Yeah, I'm raisning the BS flag on this one. When ---- hits the fan, there is no way you would react like that unless you were trained for it. If this guy is a special forces officer or an FBI agent I might have believed it, but if he was he would have known that chasing them would be illegal. If this is true this guy is fucked. The only way you can get away with murder in self defense is if you are in grave fear for your life or someone elses life. You have to prove to a jury that you were fearing your life being taken and acted in a kill or be killed manner. Chasing them down an ally commando style is not fearing for your life. He crossed the line on that one. This guy is an idiot either way. He will spend time in jail if this is true, but since it most likely is not............

Thats not self defense, a person stealing a car doesn't give you the right to fire arms at them (legally, this is arguable morally). If they opened fire at you, or threatened you with a weapon first thats a different story.

But for christs sake, this guy must some sort of an assassin if he is going to not miss his rounds like this and be firing rounds. I'm also curious about the parking ramp, and him living in an apartment complex where he can see his car? So is it in a garage?

I don't have much comment to say on this one, lol. I really do believe he wrote this up to see how many people he could get into a big fuss. The story itself is possible, but by the way he wrote it.. it sounds like he's really proud or bragging... he used the word "BAM".

I actually took an administration of justice class (for UC transfer credits :P, learned some good stuff) and I would have to agree that if he didn't chase after the guys, he'd be off the hook, but since he chased them I dunno that's kinda ify. But then again his defence could be that he was trying to catch them and "citizen arrest" them and in the process he was fired at so he of course fired back. And you could get off the hook for killing someone who is or is trying to steal your car, you have the right to protect your property. But yeah I live about an hour or so away from pasadena, I'll be waiting to hear this in the news. Oh and yeah some of the thieves around here are ghetto as hell. I've known some of these ghetto foos and they don't go without a strap, whether it's jackin' cars or goin' to the corner store. It's all a battle zone of territory and races. ------' hate that ----. I need to ------ move to the country, nothing but green grass and clean air, except for my backyard race track, I'll be fumigatin'. :P

I also learned from that A&J class that when these cops read you your miranda rights right when they arrest you, they don't have to. They only need to when they ask you a question. And like on cops, you know how they just freely search your pockets? Yeah can't do that. Good stuff man, also learned about how cops are stationed about the city.
