Just get a case for it. There are tons of different colors you can choose from.

Purple for example ;D

Both suck for syncronizing with devices and end up loading ---- I never want loaded. Not to mention the Zune supports something like 3 video formats which is absolutely worthless. I'm partial to my Creative ZenM. It allows me to drag and drop compatible files so I don't have to use their software but if I chose to, I have total control of what it loads and doesn't auto syncronize. Also it supports just about every video format and if it doesn't support it, it will convert it for you into a file format that it can support. I loaded two 700+mb divx movies on my ZenM in less than 5 minutes the other day. If I had to convert that, then load it on, it would have taken close to an hour. I also like the fact the ZenM will convert dvr-ms files to avi for me as no other program in the world does a half way decent job of it. This on the other hand does an excellent job of it as it only takes about 2 hours to convert the file to an AVI vs the other methods I was using before took 12 hours. I should also note it has nothing to do with my machine as I have a dual core, 2 GB of ram, media center PC which is more than capable of handling such tasks.

LOL, I don't think I'll ever be either of those things.

Eh, I fiddled around with this thing all day today, it's pretty decent. Battery life is better than what I expected, quite impressive actually, but it's shint new so I'm guessing it'll take a nosedive in the forthcoming month. I ended up peeling off all the electrical tape as the adhesive was becoming the usual black tape greasy mess.

BD said I could give it to my daughter, in truth I could trade her straight out for her 40 GB iPod Photo. *shrug* I don't really care, I'll leave it up to her.

edit: I dunno what all the hoopla about iTunes is. Yeah, it's a pretty stupid Appled-out interface, but I've disabled Quicktime from handling all my media files and only use iTunes long enough to shove files on this thing.

PS, Inqy? Winamp is NOT always better than iTunes. After Winamp 3.x I'd take iTunes hands down - Winamp 2.70 for life!

iTunes is garbage and the new winamp is fine. just switch the skin back to classic and its the same thing with some handy features.

If I try it, and it bogs my 866EB processor with the massive 133 FSB, I will be mean to you.

New winamp with classic skin works great for me

Get a winamp pro torrent to get full function, then disable it from accessing the internet through your firewall so it doesn't bug you every time you open it to get the newest version, which is basically base version+0.00000001 and does nothing different that you would ever notice.
