I might be totally mistaken in my take on this. It seems like you are missing something simple.

1. unbolt the brake line bracket from the knuckle.
2. remove caliper.
3. disconnect tie rod end.
4. seperate LCA from ball joint
5. seperate the upper part of the knuckle
6. pull out the hub and knuckle out

Step six is where you seem to be having trouble????

Just get a piece of wood or somthing soft and send it with a hammer to push the spline end out of the hub.

Maybe I am just not seeing what you are trying to do.

I concur, you cannot disassemble the hub without a press.

the hub is located inside the knuckle, its a sealed bearing, if all you are trying to do is remove the wheel stud heres what you do, you said front passenger side correct ? well as long as your not in a 90-97 accord your in luck here ill walk you thru it

1.) remove the tire
2.) take a 17mm deep socket and remove the caliper pirch bolts; remove loaded caliper.
3.) remove the rotor, may have to hit it with a hammer to get it off.
4.) turn the broken stud to line up even with the tie rod arm
5.) Slam the stud with a 5lb sledge about 3 times dead on the head it should pop out after 1-2
6.) take a disk grinder and grind one side of the stud head (this is the part that will sit behind the hub assem) to where it has a flat side but not touching the threads.
7.) line up the flat side of the stud to the hub, slide it in hit it with a hammer a couple times to seat
8.) take a impact gun 19mm of course on it. put a washer or spacer on the new inserted stud, put the new lug nut on over the spacer, and drive it in to seat it, not too much, dont wanna break it.
9.) re assemble car and drive. :)

yeah no amount of prying was getting this bitch off. so i removed the whole freakin' thing. took it to a buddies house and pressed that fucker out from the back. its about damn time. lets see. it was supposed to be a brake job, and ended up a total clusterfuk. i tightened a bolt to seperate the rotor from the hub, blam! the top of the rotor exploded. never seen that happen before....couldnt get the damn wheel off, one of the wheel studs was messed up. thats what made the whole day. thanks for trying to help everyone.

i had to pay a tire shop $65. to install a wheel stud. they needed a hydraulic press to install the hub back on the spline and a puller to get it off the spline.

On the back their is a snap ring, get that out then press out the hub with a press. (Its alot easier to go get a complete spindle at a junkyard for $60.00)

-The new wheel bearing and hub assembly is gonna be well over $140.00 :-X
