I've always wondered why certain people on this board pick the certain name we view on here. im just wondering whats everyones name mean and why did you pick it? my first name dragon came from my nickname when i was a kid cause i was obessed with bruce lee plus i name my car that cuz its green. ;D so why did you guys pick your name? and whats your real name?

OK, my real name is Kevin. Xplocivic came to be born on a dark and stormy night when the moon was high and the wolves howled with the wind. Or wait, it was, ummm, I forget. Anyway, I was trying to think of a cool way to merge civic with a word that had some gusto, so Explosive and Civic joined together in Holy Matrimony and became Xplocivic. Werd to ya mutha!

This was the first forum I was ever on and I wasn't planning on staying I just had the question about 2 ihi's on a D16. I was watching Black Sheep and my favorite line is "kill whitey!" Not putting any thought into it I picked the name Whitey and it stayed with me and I can't believe I'm still apart of this board. HMT is addicting.

jake not my real name but kinda a nickname, and i the year was 2001 so i wanted to use that but 20012001 one was taken, so i used 2001z001 instead

I have been taking Brazilian jiujitsu for six years I started doing it during high school after some punk football players pissed me off needless to say I made them pay for it later. The kid part is I was the youngest kid in my class when I started out I am still one of the youngest. So you have jiujitsu kid. My real name is Dustin like so many people on HMT.

Well I kinda took my name from, whiteZC (hes like my best friend). I drive purple civic and it has a d16 so i guess it just fit.

when I sing in I type "Honda16hb" and when you get a pm from me it's that name, but I thought I'd make it more personal here, and I got pissed off at all the people who's names I didn't know or couldn't remember, so I decided to help others.

Almost a decade ago I was a complete bass head! I've kinda noticed the entire trend of bass heads going to sport compacts, anyways I had my crazy sounding volvo with like 16 speakers in it (I think that was the master count at one point in time, I was always changing, better ----, blowing up the better ----.. drilling more holes for new speakers). The bass was great, car never worked right again from all that noise, my old friends still reflect on the fun fun times.

So when someone is bass-ing out, they also call that "quad-ing" or the sound of the quad.. you know where I'm going with this.

Anyways, the old crew in my neighborhood (Josh, Dustin, Shane.. only keep in touch with one of them now) imaginatively came up with the name Quadnie for me and my crazed love of mobile audio.

So the name stuck, even tho I sold all the equipment long ago and my beat up truck has a non functional am/fm stock stereo in it (I really don't care about the boom anymore). I guess if one day I had a showpiece car then it would have something good in it, until then what small parts I have left can rest in the boxes they are in (wherever the ---- that is, I have no clue).

in the nintendo (8-bit NES) game "Adventures In The Magic Kingdom" the default name (if you don't bother to put one in) is Bamboo.7 it stuck with me since then. My liscense plate reads BAMBOO7

I'm a regular white guy who hates most honda drivers, so when they all get together at car shows, or whatever the ---- they do, I'm not there.
I'm still all about my honda, I just don't like the whole "culture" of this sport.

i use to have a 93 teg and it was my project, and it was kind of like it belonged in the projects as well, i just threw the 'k' in there b/c it was different, and my name starts with a 'k', even though i haven't had the teg for a while, the name just stuck, and civics are gay so i really don't want to change my name to something claiming that i drive a civic :P

Mine's from when i first got my CRX...i was screwin around with a mustang (v6 :-X) and i beat him, mostly cause he was a bitch and didn't know how to drive. Afterwords he came up to me and said he couldn't believe my slow-ass CRX won...and he wanted a rematch. It's pretty much stuck since then ;) BTW, my name's Jim, and i'm a 24 year old balding white boy with no life ;D
