i remember when i first started searching threw hmt looking at threads about how cheap people were building there cars including how much they spent on there car. and a lot of them were under a 1000$.
like the majority of the people here id rather check out someones car that they put together themselves then a shop made car. not saying i wouldnt look, but they wouldnt get the respect as the other guy that did his ---- at HOME and HOME made turbo'd his ----. haha just my view point on this ----. oh and yesterday i had two big macs for 3 $ and meet this bitch at mcdonalds. ---- was wack. supposibly shes going to become a ----- and have ten kids and make it big in the world. RESPECT

Jeff Frank would make fun of retards who would be willing to pay $1000 for some ***** to jerk off in their engine bay. I guess if you don't have thousands of dollars to throw around on cosmetic engine bay ----, you just can't fit in anymore. 
I don't remember HMT EVER being about that, but I guess times have changed. Money money money, and if you don't have the cash to pay someone to work on your car, you're just a loser. That's the HMT way, right?
I think it's about time to remove Dr.Boost from the staff page and remove his mod status. I wouldn't want people thinking he agrees with the new modo of HMT. Maybe he won't be embarassed to login with that screenname. I would also reset his postcount so he's not at the top of the poster list. Just a thought.
