Well, since he is gone. Check this out. I posted this in the mod forum when James became a sponsor.

I had a customer of mine buy one for his friend because I didn't want to build it for a number of reasons. I am way too busy and I personally don't like building them. He contacted me stating it was fucked and nows hes screwed. I told him to send it and I could see what I could do.

Here is the PM.

I find this thread funny. One of the first 5 posts in his new sponsorship thread was me telling everyone that they were going to have problems with James and guess what happened.....

Look at that top mount cs posted its hotrex style and thats what has been posted all over the net about this guy he sends off crap. That means his skilll level is low. Anyone can get it right once in awhile getting it right everytime is skilllz.

Hotrex made a couple solid manifolds too but when majority are crap and way delayed on getting done they both fail. The dude is a joke has a business owner and a fabricator.

I have been working alot on manifolds. I will not sell them until I feel it cant get any better. Thats how all my port work is now, I know people arent going to get anything better just equal in quality.

Re: well--I think he's back at it

he's a cock and I would never buy from him. his dad was the maker of flanges, so why the ---- can't he get any now? bullshit. his dad was the real BMC race, James is JGfab. BMC Race used to be the ---- til james came along. Now I would buy ---- from either.

Re: well--I think he's back at it

well a little update, James fucked me, went to paypal they closed the case, fucked me too. Went to my credit card comp.and let them know what happened, we'll see what we can do. A few days later credit card co calls me and asked if I had other info I could give them, I thought and then relized that James was using his fathers name ( BMC ) to sell things and take orders. I contacted BMC to let them know the situation and what james was doing and because of this BMC could also be lieable Guess what, yesterday when I get my credit card bill I open and to my surprise I have a 1209.61 credit. YEP, my CC comp took care of me and fucked James. I dont know who paid back the money but if it was his Dad I hope Sam WOOPED his ass It does pay to keep all conversations

Before I got into doing my own CNC milling I used Sam (BMC) for custom flanges and prototyping, he was slow as balls on shipping but the machining quality was very good and he was damn cheap. Also seemed like a good hard working guy, someone you could trust. I don't think he beat his son enough though. The kid just doesn't get it.

that's shitty his dad has to take care of his son's fuckups

guess he feels bad for ejecting defective sperm

I really hated ( lol ) to envolve his dad, but with him using his dads name I really had no choice if I wanted my $ back
A persons got to do what he has to do. Pretty much so that James has dissappeared from the internet

The old man is of such moral character he should have been able to smell his son's shitty diaper. Maybe he let the boy run things like that so you could collect from him, because he feels bad about spawning such an incompetent fucktard.

he did this pretty much exactly a year ago with me and miltiple others, got "into the business" again. took the money, blew it all on "other things" then never produced any product for about 4 people. Just fell off the face of the earth.

Then he came back about 6 months after that, so id say like 6 months ago or so. now looks like hes gone again with more people's money. lol

WEll rule one is a succesful business always has a project car never done :y. I know myself Im too busy working/buying new tools/reordering inventory to ever get a chance to build cars. It sounds odd but really its the truth. The only shops that are succesful and have race cars running are people who have alot of backing. A 20 year old kid doesnt have any neither do I.

thats why i never take money up front for manifolds. i always take payment when the manifold is done and ready to ship that way if i get backed up the person can choose to wait or go elsewhere.

Alot of the time when I know something is going to take a couple weeks to do I just have them throw a small down payment and when its done I request the rest of the payment works out pretty well.

that works out best when someone requests something a little uncommon and not likely to be ordered by someone else so that way they are obligated to pay or lose the deposit incase they change thier mind.
