mig = wire feed !!! lol just look at how thick the mashine can weld and how thick you need to weld and match them up. dont forget to check out ebay some times you can get used mashines for cheap..just have to keep an eye out 0.o

get that... I just got that welder with cart/regulator and bougth the gas/wire/helmet local. It works well and is pretty easy to use if you know at all what you are doing. I welded a new exhaust for my car about a week after we got one. Just make sure you have 220v available... |

i use a soldering gun and some of that flexy wire ----.... holds 30psi when it's sunny ;)

the good thing about tigs are that they make small beads, you could do it with a mig but it might look like ---- depending on your skills
