weed question
i know everyone is different and there is no really exact answer, but i know others blaze on here as well, i need to get clean and i have some time but ive smoked pretty much everyday for the past couple years, not so much these past few months but still pretty consitent, how long after i stop would traces of THC still be detectable? and what can help make the process faster.

Well if you've been constantly smoking for that long, it's gonna take a bit longer.
First obvious thing to do is stop completely. Your THC levels will slowly drop down more each day. Drinking water does help, but some places will know if you've drank a lot of water right before a test and it won't be valid, they know what you're up to.
Based on my experiences (I've taken quite a few **** tests back in the day) my guess is that it will take 3-4 weeks of abstinence for it to get out of your system. Drinking cranberry juice may help increase the rate at which it leaves your system.

Re: weed question
My buddy somes prob. a 1/4 to 1/2 oz a week all school year long and then quits a week or two before his drug test in the spring. He just gets a really good detox (its like 80 bucks or so) and drinks a ---- ton of cranbury juice. Quitting with that little amount of time left seems sketchy to me but it seems to work so my suggestion is to quit now, but still do the detox and cranburyy juice just to be safe.
