This is how they grow it in Tennessee . This grow was underneath a house in a cave. The entrance was through a secret hydraulic door in the garage that led to a concrete ramp that went about 50 yards into the ground. Inside the cave was living quarters and a secret escape hatch that led you through a tunnel that exited via another hydraulic door that opened up a rock on the outside. It was very elaborate. The set up allowed them to harvest every 60 days which resulted in multi-million dollar sales. One of the guys busted was living in a house on the water in FL and had a nice yacht. :oNow thats how you do it. I'm wondering how they built all that w/out attracting attention. Just the HVAC alone would take a lot of work, and w/the electric bills being so high? Pretty slick though.

Obliviously they're just starting to grow. Too bad the guy got caught, hopefully he was smart and had a few million stashed away for when he gets out, and gets back into the business lol.

Well in calfornia all you need is a growers permit which isnt hard to attain. For anyone who knows people in the humboldt/butte county areas and north know how much is grown out there out doors in the woods. BUt ya pretty cool set up but Im sure he was showin off his work which is a no no.

I know a guy that "levelled" his back yard because "he's a golf nut" and wanted a "putting green." Good excuse to get a construction equipment in your backyard and make a ruckus, only to have the neighbors see no significant changes after you're finished. Birdfeeder against a stone retaining wall flips over and leads down to a small grow operation, nothing fancy like the above, but feasible. I knew the guy for a good ten years, since HS, thought he just bought ounces once every couple weeks and distro'd them to 3-4 friends. I was a little LOL when I was let in on the secret; most people flash what they do within a couple months if they like you.

a chopper with infrared would have seen that in a instant, it would put off tons of heat signals from nowhere, atleast in a house its a bit more feaseable, but that much heat from a yard is an dead obvious giveaway

One guy was tellin me about his friend that was in the "poultry" industry. Half the houses were for chickens, the other half was growing weed. High electric bill is normal, and lots of heat being put off cuz the lights are constantly on in there. Out on a farm w/ big equipment coming and going. When they check out the warehouses they only check one or two so you're good. Also you have awesome compost from the chicken ---- after a while. Supposedly he did this for less than 10 years and retired. Now he goes to vegas every year and can drop 20 grand without even second guessing it. Must be nice O0 OH yeah, that setup is PIMP. |

the heat comes from the ------- HPS lights. With thousands of them, a space shuttle could have seen the heat coming from the cave... unless thats why he put it under ground, dont know if that helps or not. regardless, that ---- was sick

theres a cetain type of tree that can block out that heat sencor or w/e ur talking about
i remeber somone telling me that cuz i was growing a plant or two and hes like yo plant them under a "i dont remeber" tree and the helicopters wont be able to "sence" them |

plants give off heat, i know that for a fact cause helicopters hover the shitty river near by lookn for plants, and underground a ---- heat cam wont see dick, 50ft underground u must be a fuckn idiot to think a heat cam would touch that, about the only thing that would is a bunker buster dropped from a b1. that setup makes me wanna :6

Yeah I was wondering about the heat thing when I first saw the pics but obviously these guys aren't amatures. If you build an elaborate weed growing cave with secret hydrolyic activated passageways, than your also going to take the precautions to insulate its heat signature.

Ventilation has to go in/out somewhere. Do they run it through water, to cool it, into a nearby stream?
The power bill is a concern... but, really, with a budget like that you just pay for underground power lines, then tap in before the meter while the power company has yet to connect the service "so the meter can be installed". Easy to do at night, after the official electrician has gone home. Free electricity, y0. |
