Default website gurus check in FTP WTF?

ok, so i'm going to make a sad attempt at updating my website on my own since my business doesn't have $ to spend on a proper website and was wondering what is the most user friendly ftp client software that is free to d/l. most of them i've already downloaded are only trials and only last for 30 days or don't give you half of what you need and they link you to d/l the copy you have to pay for.

any help is appreciated, i really want to get my site atleast reasonably presentable.

Cuteftp is fine. I use that to upload/backup all my sites.

Torrent it on mininova.org

FireFTP plug-in for firefox.

But seriously if you're doing website ----, "buy" a copy of dreamweaver and put your FTP info in it. Make changes to a page, click the upload button - voila.
