free dyndns redirect, then forward port 80 on your router (if ya have one) make sure also that your firewall isnt blocking port 80... then install WAMP http://www.wampserver.com/en/ i run a PhpBB forum for all my friends on a shitty computer i leave running at home
i'm a cheapass though, kinda sucks though cause i have a 378kb up.
