Anywhere from free to $10,000. It really depends on what you are doing to the car, and where you live. If there's a lot of shops around you they might have a "competitive price" but I would say that putting on a simple turbo kit on a civic, like a greddy kit will run around $1800 for the kit plus around $1000 for install, again depending on the shop and a lot of other things. But why use a KIT.
That why here we do the work ourselves, that's why it is HomeMadeTurbo. But the only way for you to know is to ask around town and see how much they want to charge.
Or if you are somewhat mechanically inclined, read and research this site and learn how to yourself.
