What is an average shipping charge on a set of wheels, out of curiousity?
I'm kinda interested in the wheel shipping too. I would love to have bought that one set of ssr's off you, but honestly I can barely even afford a set of used rota's :P

Good question, and I should add that to this thread.
if I get a set of wheels from mainland, it costs me anywhere between 4,000y ($35) and 10,000y ($95) to ship to me in Okinawa, depending on where in mainland its comming from. IE, if its from the southern part of mainland, its cheaper.
Also, kinda weird how it works, but if it already has a set of tires on it, its usually the same price. Sometimes when I go looking for tires, they have wheels attached. -But the tires are good, the wheel is in rough condition or fucked, but they will sell you the wheel also for the same price. weird.

Shipping wheels to the states also varies with location. (and of course weight) The closer to the west coast (accually san fransisco) you are the cheaper it is. The same wheels I would ship to you in NC would probably cost $30-$40 more than shipping them to say julio in so-cal. I have a FPO addy, 96379 is my zip, so its not expensive for me to ship stuff.

If I find a set of wheels with tires on them, I dont ship the tires. Tires are heavy. weight = shipping costs.
9 times out of 10 its cheaper to buy tires in the states and cheaper to just buy new tires there than ship them to you from here. I never sell tires with my wheels.
