i am ready to start trying a turbo setup on my 1972 buick skylark. I have 2 turbo's off of 5.9 cummins turbo diesels. are these turbo big enough? To big?. I will be running them on a 350-400 ci small block chevy. any suggestions for better turbo's that can be found in a junkyard?? any help is greatly appreciated!

 

You'll have some lag but should rip pretty good since it'll be a holset I'm pretty sure of. What model are they?

 

I have one giant turbo from a detroit diesel.
You should use it instead.

 

they are off of 2000 dodge 1 ton duelly.
One big turbo what do I look for if i were to go that route

 

the two diesel turbos are just fine.. if a b16 can spool one then im sure ull have no problems getting the v8 to spool..

what have u come up with for fuel management?

I am going to run a blow through carb mounted inside of a sealed box that my machinist friend is going to make for me. for headers I don't know yet, friend is going to help with that. Any suggestions??
