well if just tires is the only place open to do it, have them do it, just make sure they have the computerized ----.
My experience:
eyeballers = 3 times and still shitty, got tired of the wait time so said ---- it.
computerized = one time and pretty much perfect

yea only toe is adjustable. (well civic at least)
adjustable with tie rod in the front and rear trailing arm in the back.
you need aftermarket camber kit to do camber and adjustable top mount to adjust Casters
