That whole check mark thing is hilarious. Everyone talks about them as if they were a golden loophole.
I would suggest moving the dates to at least a week apart. Most times you are allowed one reschedule so long as you request it in writing at least a week or two b4 the date. Just call the court administration, they are actually very organized and helpfull.
make them somewhat close so that the first ticket has not been processed until the court date for the second is over.
I am not really sure about the actual speed being recorded. I have been cut a break on almost every ticket that I have contested, and I have never heard anything about it. It may just have been a chance thing that the officer noted the actual speed in the report.

i have gotten a ton of tickets in the past. i had 14 points on my liscense at one point (only 1 point away from losing it). i've paid and i've fought, never lost in court because the cops never showed up except for one and he didn't even go to the bench- it was dropped before i even went before the judge.
don't be a ------- retard, pay the first ticket. that cop is giving you a huge break. if you take that to court he will prove you were going way faster and you will be completely fucked by the judge, as mentioned earlier, you would probably end up with having to pay more, or even losing your liscense completely (50kph over is all you need to be to lose it -reckless driving).
the code box: if it has a "R" in it, that means the ticket has been reduced. if the R is in there, then there isn't much point in fighting it. if the R is missing, fight it. even if you don't get off entirely, you can get a reduction in the fine.
call xcopper or something like that, they will consult you over the phone briefly and should be able to give you an idea if it is worth fighting or not.
the "x" theory: i don't think this will stand at all. i think that is complete horse ----. i've also heard of stories like if the cop wasn't wearing his hat you could fight the ticket based upon the fact he wasn't in uniform when he gave you the ticket. who believes this ----? i'd never fight a ticket based on that, you gotta pull your head outta your *** if you think an x instead of a check is going to get you out of a ticket.

lol man you fucked up and got caught... sorry but after getting pulled over once you should have known better.

I dont know how it is where you live but here in FL if you get busted for speeding they can either 1) give you a speeding ticket (full cost) or 2) give you a "violation of traffic control device" ticket (cheaper). USUALLY regardless of what you get written for they put the actual and posted speeds on the ticket so the Hearing Officer (Judge) sees that you were speeding but got cut a break.
Usually speeding ticket fights are won (by defendant) only if the officer doesnt show, or he doesnt have his required certification paperwork.

Pay the first one, fight the second one.
That way you can say you were going the speed limit because you just got pulled over for the first time like 15 mins ago and there was absolutely positively no way you were speeding because you were religiously following the speed limit. That aliby along with the cop finally pulled you over like 1km or whatever it was from where he clocked you, and the fact that you never saw the radar proving that you were going faster than what you should have been could possibly be enough to have the ticket thrown out.

Start a new thread about fuckn' the milf, but only if you have pics.
I would try to get the second ticket heard first. That way if you make off easy on that one you can just plead guilty to the second. If they screw ya on the second ticket, then you can press your luck and fight the first one you got.
