Twin turbo Delorean

Re: Twin turbo Delorean
They're just really sensitive to aftermarket parts without proper tuning...You can't just go bolting parts onto an 13 or 20b and then go doggin' the car out real hard, dumping the clutch near redline and such...Things will go BOOOM!!

Re: Twin turbo Delorean
One of my grandfather's rich friends owns probably 30 classic cars.
One of them being a mint condition, serial number 100 delorean. With signatures of john D all over the car. (He met him in person twice.) It was stored in a semi-truck trailer. We got it out & put 15 (less than 20) miles on it. Didn't have 300 total miles on the car.
I'm just rambling. It was a real kick in the *** to drive. An MR2 would rape the ---- out of one, but besides the pint. MR2's are worthlessly cheap. A Delorean that's in OEM condition is nearly priceless. Really, really neat cars.
The brushed stainless body's are a total trip to look at. (And impossible to repair 100% btw)

Re: Twin turbo Delorean
The wankel design is alot more sturdy than most people think, the apex seals usually give under boost because of uneven block heating, filling the cooling passages on the intake and partly on the exhaust sides usually cures this, but that's besides the point, Back to the Future is like one of my all-time favorite movies and the Deloreans are pimp as hell. Besides the thing is built, it's like a Euro dreamcar with a DCM body, lotus suspension? Come on man? Cateram Sprint 7 anyone?
