Default Turbo Timer problem

I have everything hooked up correctly, but when the turbo timer is running i cant lock the doors. Im thinking i might have to bypass some door lock thing because it stills think im in the car, or maybe something to do with my alarm. Anybody know anything about this? Civic 99

my aftermarket alarm would lock the doors then when the timer shut off the car it would unlock them! go figure. the alarm would stay on but the door locks would pop. you need to bypass somethign but i don't knwo how to do it.

find an installer shop that will put remote start on a stick and just use that as your turbo timer with remote start override plus you can warm up or cool off your car before you get in
