Re:turbo manifold for 01 hyundai elantra
You can use the first or second gen turbo eclipse manifold. The ports line up well, but you will need to enlarge some of the bolts to line them up. Also the downpipe will be awfully close to the alternator if you use the DSM downpipe.
I think you have the BETA II motor so what are you doing about the returnless fuel setup? Fuel management is critical because of the 10.3:1 comrpression ratio. Since you are running a 150 Shot , I am sure you have a timing retard device. If not, get a MSD DIS2 with the boost retard option.
I know that the 2.0 Beta motors are really strong but I don't think anyone believes that you are running a 150 shot. Everything in the engine is pretty strong except for the pistons which have a limit of about 250WHP. The rods are limited to about 350WHP. If you get lower compression forged pistons, you can get away by using the stock rods but you will have to get them machined.
Oh yeah, the transmission is pretty stout with the exception of the differential. They aren't too strong. Go ahead and get the quaife. If you can't find your application, you can use the DSM AWD Front Diff from Quaife. But make sure that you flip the pinion gear inside. DSM's, like Hondas :P are funky and rotate counter clockwise.

^^^^ I was going to say the exxact same thing about the returnless fuel setup, probably the most cost effecient way to go about it would be low-ish boost and methanol injection with a bunch of tuning, that is the general consensus on how to go about it on a '01+ ciivic

If you're really hard up, you can go to a dealer and order the '00 Elantra manifold without California emissions. It's just like the HF manifold (old school HMT style :-)
Hey TurboTibby, it's good to see someone on here knowledgable about Hyundai (now I don't feel alone).

So my Accent only has like 96 horsepower out of a 1.5L. I bet it'll take a hell of a lot more boost than a D16 (we shall see in the near future.)
