Re:Turbo magazine(rant)
I boosted my hatch after reading the budget boost ongoing section in Honda Tuning cause the first part of that project was everything to get your car boosted and very informative. I usually get SCC, Honda Tuning, GRM, and the occasional Modified since there quality of there photos are way beyond any of the other magazines.

they seem to have less ads in that mag though. they just did an article about a z6 hatchie that runs i think 10s..
but ya, magazines anymore are just ads with articles about "how to tune your skyline" but they left off.. The skyline you will never own

I just go to the big book store and look through all the import magazines and if they have a few good articles Ill buy it, if not Iam at no loss. Just bought one recently cause it had a very very detailed LS/VTEC conversion. I just hate it when you buy one for something like that and find out, since u didnt read it in the store, that it is incomplete and a big waste of time and money. I bought Honda Tuning cause they had a 3 part H22A/EG article. It took them over half a year for all 3 parts and they were incomplete and could get more info on that swap off a shitty thread. *sorry of the rant*
the books are good to spend ur money on like Corky Bell's turbo book or any of the better tuner books. Watch out for some books though cause they have gone the same way the mags have and some are just rice. I dont think we all need to learn to install intakes and exhaust systems, that should be intuitive. And if its not intuitive for you, you better start doing alot of reading. Oh yeah if no one knows yet and I confirmed with the publisher that they are updating Corky Bell's book toward the end of the year(2005).
