turbo go cart

ok so im geting 1200$ yarf-dog go cart for 75$ and i want to turbo charge. it i can get a tiny oil cooled turbo. but i need to know how to supliy the oil to the turbo it self. i was looking at oil pumps. and it looks to me that even if i ran a chain to one of them it wouldnt work. do they make an external oil pump ? do you guys have any other ides or any way you know this wont work? it has a 12hp B/S engine

im pretty sure the motor has some type of oil pump. but there is no way for you to get oil from the system. unless you find a place where there is pressure and drill and tap eithe rthe head or the block

---- the 12hp B&S, strip the motor, go to the junkyard, pull a turbo rotary, the spray it and slap it on there.

Its going to be more hassle than its worth. The oiling system is the hardest part of my turbo 2-stroke project and I've built an entire EFI system for the thing from scratch starting with a pile of resistors and capacitors. Good luck :-\

Your better off getting a dirtbike motor for it or something along those lines

i got an 80cc 2stroke dirtbike engine im gonna use, im sure it has more then enough kick to have a lil fun. ive been researching all different ways. i was gonna run an xternal oil tank/pan then set a pump to push oil up to the turbo then let it drain back down to the tank/pan. but i dunno what to use for fuel/spark... so i gave up haha. everyone says if it was a 4stroke it'd be easier... ill stick to NA til whitey perfects his 2stroke turbo...
