The trick is to find one who's up on her health, i.e. works out, maintains proper diet, is motivated about things in her life.

If you have one who's just coincidentally hot then you shouldn't be looking for an "easy way" in the long run. I always look at the mom if I think I'm going to hang around with them for while (never do, but really at my age wtf does it matter).
