No offense by my following statement...Just some good sense.
Take the money that you're planning on spending on a turbo system & apply that toward getting into something a little newer.

Go for it if you wish, but it going to cost more than you think to do what your proposing.
After you do it & look back, you may feel that it wasn't money well spent.

Thanks man, i appreciate it. Even if you dont aggree the support is still cool. Now listen i dont plan on sinkin money into this beast. it will be a slow porcess caus ei am goignt o learn to do all the stuff myself, like welding etc. Also, From reading all the ghetto-rigged setups, i think it will be fun and hey if the car does well i might go into it a lil bit farther. who knows.

Apparently, this year or camry has a cast iron block that is bulletproof. I think thats true. I change the oil every 3000 miles and the only thing ever to go wrong was the alternator (maybe to tight of belt?) this car has went throguh 9 of them, and also the seals went bad in the tranny but thats it, oh yeah, the oil pan got beat up pretty bad due to my bros driving. Other then that nothing is wrong. still runs atrong.
So far i have this info:
1987 Toyota Camry Sedan L4-1998cc 2.0L DOHC (3S-FE)
dont know if this is the engine in the car but tomorrow the search begine for the id plate on the engine.
