bill of ----------in sale. you'll have to forge his name, and that's no fun. DOL clerks don't give a rats *** anyways. my last 3 dailys were forged bills of sales because i didn't change the ownership until well after the tabs expired and i couldn't find the original owner.

Bill of sale doesn't matter. I just had to do this on a car I bought in Ohio. The title had to be notarized. Around here it's like $50 to get your notary license. I say pay a friend to get his and have him notary it for you.
