Title help

Long story short I bought ym car from a mexican and he signed the title but it was never notarized. Around here they wont do the transfer unless the signutare was notarized. The mexican moved to another state and hates me because i wouldnt give back the craftsman wrenches I found the in trunk a month after I bought the car. The number i have is dosconnected and the address on the title ain't his no more.

Footnotes : Need a notory stamp on my title so I can transfer it

Any QUICK way around this?

I have the canceld check I paid him with and title all ready signed.

Shady notary? None around here.

bill of ----------in sale. you'll have to forge his name, and that's no fun. DOL clerks don't give a rats ass anyways. my last 3 dailys were forged bills of sales because i didn't change the ownership until well after the tabs expired and i couldn't find the original owner.

Bill of sale doesn't matter. I just had to do this on a car I bought in Ohio. The title had to be notarized. Around here it's like $50 to get your notary license. I say pay a friend to get his and have him notary it for you.
