Faggotry. Why the ---- would you put a Ford engine in a Chevy, especially a Camaro!?!

Eh, it's still fast... gay as aids.. but still fast.

Cause he valued the work he spent into the motor. Hell if I had an RSX and it got totalled, I'd buy it back and swap it into an EG. Same theory

Twin snails anyone? :S

Re: Tite rollin' 5.0 redefined.

Man, that ---- makes me sad. :'( I guess the same has been done to Mustangs as well. As far as the guy valuing the work he put into the engine I guess I can understand that, nut damn nukka why?

Heads up guys. If you want your very own first gen Camaro you can now buy complete new repop shells for the low low starting price of $9999.95. They have now become the 32 Ford of the muscle car era. Mixing makes only makes sense now. :S

It's kinda strange, but I'd ---- it. :y I suppose if you have the motor and the car and the swap is easy..... :l

Ah, the early 70's Camaros? Wern't those like 70-72 or something? Those are sexy, but from there, leading up to the 4th gens, give the F-body a bad name in my book.

Tom-Guy 06-02-2006 11:01 AM

Re: Tite rollin' 5.0 redefined.

'70-'73. You could get a similar appearance with a solid strip of bumper for a couple years, IIRC, until maybe '76?

Re: Tite rollin' 5.0 redefined.

2nd gens are pretty cool.

but 1st gen just screams muscle car

Tom-Guy 06-02-2006 02:21 PM

Re: Tite rollin' 5.0 redefined.

1st gen just screams semi-uncontrollable car due to poor suspension design.

Some manufacturers correctly design the car in the first place.

70-73 was it for that look. They also came in the non-split bumper, non RS package, in those years as well. 74-77 wrer the darkest years for the Camaro in my book. Nothing like the look of the 70-73 with a giant alumnium bumper taacked to each end of the car. Add in some fugly ass shaped tail lights and you have have yourself one of the ugliest Camaros built. :-X :3

I wish I could find a 1st gen... I know a kid whos dad has had one for about 10 years, it just sits in their yard, he won't do anything with it... It's a shame, really...
