what kinda power can i expect? just some numbers no bullshit comments on my tiny turbo. but i am planning on getting a garrett t3 .60 trim this is jsut for now thanks for you imput!

 

cause i know im not going to be getting 300+ horsepower i really dont want that much just a fun daily driver.

 

hey i am running the same turbo on my d16z6, allthough my ---- is still untuned it pulles half was desent, i smocked a rustang GT on the freeway today pulling in 4th gear, if you want to upgrade your turbo without changing your manifold just get a t28 turbo same flange, and you geta .60 trim... post some pics...

 

well over 200whp on 12psi.
my friend put down 200whp on 10psi with an AFC. and stock exhaust, 2.5" DP.

u think i can get that on a t25, also i was told it has a t3 exhaust housing, also its a ss auto chrome manifold and i belevie they come with a t3 right? i was looking at a t3 witha .60 trim on turbocalculator.com it should bolt right up.

 

none DSM T25 has a rectangular flange that looks just like T3 but scaled down a bit, i am running a greddy d series mani and my turbo bolted right up...

 

ya the turbo is not a dsm 25, its a brand new factory garrett turbocharger,

 

My unprofessional thoughts:

.25 over may be alot of sleeve you just took out.
shot peened stock rods? I think I would have used stock pistons and bought the rods first. And of course the manifold. Tuned fairly decent you shouldn't have a problem running 12psi, though. Those are just my thoughts.

 

hope so it should handle a good amount. i think with this t25 it'll go to maybe 14 but the turbo really isnt good for that, but witht the t3 the max ill put it will be aroun 12 cause i also want reliablity.
