You guys make this too complicated. Make 4 designs, all of them with cool looking logos, and offer all 4 shirts as a package for $__.__. No polls, no this or that. Customers don't want to do the work for you (designing, deciding what's cool, ect.).
4 cool looking shirts. Cool is subjective, but not difficult to pull off.

Assuming that Jeff will give the ok and phil stubs gets a program other than mspaint, this could actually work.
