those lug locks are useless, you can just slam a 12pt socket on them w/ a hammer and they'll come off. same w/ spline drive.
if you don't take your wheels off too often, put a spot weld on the end of one wheelstud per wheel, just big enough so you can't threads the lug nut off. (use open ended lugnuts) then when you need to get the wheel off, just file it off, or dremel it, or angle grind it, or whatever.
