There pauter rods with arp bolts the kid had no idea what he had. :4.
The Pin dia is .748"
B.E. Bore is 1.890"
length is 5.394"
B E width is .892"
Weight is 500g

I run a d16a6 with 14b/hf manifold 450cc injectors 255 fuel pump and turboedit. My question is what pistons / Compression ratio should I go with. I do daily drive the car also.

if it was a complete head dist,mani etc I would almost say fair trade

only thing the head had was cam/valvetrain and vtec solinoid

Not a tremendous trade IMO. You have no clue what is up with the rods. Good luck with the build.

In the second pic the small end of the rod looks notched. WTF is that?

Thats what you call a great deal for the guy who got the Z6 head. It looks like it broke off where the oil hole is.

It's called foam.

If the machine shop says those rods are happy... good job. SOHC VTEC head/intake goes $100 all day long this neck of the woods.
