Taurus 9mm
Why are they substantially cheaper?
I was looking at a 9mm and liked the feel, but is it a POS? getting good and bad feedback of the net just wondering what anyone int the know thinks. |
Re: Taurus 9mm

Re: Taurus 9mm
I have a pt24/7 and I like it, good gun for the price and still cheaper than a glock, also has single and double action, if a round does fire you can pull the trigger again and hopefully strike the primer again firing the round. Another benefit of double action is I can load a round, decock the gun and still have it ready to fire double action. Keepng it like that makes me feel safer knowing I'm not keeping a cocked gun with me that may accidentaly go off.
As far as jams I've had 2 or three in ~800 rounds and one was because remington forgot to drill a hole in the casing where the primer contacts the powder, the other 1 or 2 were from firing reloads. |
Re: Taurus 9mm
becuase baretta did all the work developing it and taurus ripped it off

I've got the Millennium Pro in .40 cal (that's it in my avatar)
I wanted the 24/7 but I needed the smaller Millennium series because I have a CWP for work. I've put more than 4000 rounds though it and it's never had a problem....even shooting cheap ass plinking ammo (just make sure to clean it after). Like stated above, lifetime warranty, they aren't ------- around. Better pic Attachment 20182 |

Whats something like that worth? We don't use guns up here in Canada, we just throw icecubes at each other.

Are you guys in law enforcement or something? If not, where do you live that you have to have a gun on you to protect your life?

i rock a S&W Sigma 9mm. very nice gun, very cheap, never had a misfire. only problem is the ridiculous 9lb trigger pull ::) |
Re: Taurus 9mm
I can carry a gun if i want to, i just have absolutely no reason to. I've never ever in my life been in a postion where i felt like i should have had a gun on me.

Re: Taurus 9mm
I've never even seen a gun anywhere but hunting or a shooting range, nobody in my high school carried guns, i've def never had a gun pulled on me. I agree tho, if i lived in Oakland i sure as ---- would be carrying as well

Re: Taurus 9mm
Just because you never saw them doesnt mean no one was packing when you were in high school.

Re: Taurus 9mm
i never carried a gun in high school, but there was always a shotgun behind the seat of my truck. only time it left was when i was hunting, trap shooting, or doing drive-bys O0

Re: Taurus 9mm
Think I may get a sub compact .45 ACP of the Tuarus variety. 10+_1 in something that small??? 45s put nigs on their asses.. bleeding style. Probably get it instead of the HK I was going to buy for 300+ more.

Re: Taurus 9mm
I like the acp .45 but I like the Sig Sauer .45 better. I have some big hands, and I dont like the way my friends acp. .45 fits in my hand. The sig fits like a glove.

That wouldn't be a bad choice... Biggest cal I've ever shot was a .45, I bet the desert eagle would kick :6 I've wanted a desert eagle ever since metal gear solid came out on ps1 ::) :P My friend showed me a gun one day, it was supposed to be 13mm shells in a handgun? I guess not many exist..custom jobs? On top of that it was like 35 lbs :-X I don't know how any normal person is supposed to wield such a hand cannon but I'd love to have one just to have it :P |
