This is not some job that you don't give a ---- about. This is about your own vehicle and if you feel satisfied with eyeballing fine, but don't into my thread and spew your bullshit on how you're licensed in who gives a ----.
Just take the formula as it is. Most people that say "oh just eyeball the ----", have either some ego issues or simply don't appreciate applied science or mathematics, because it's too much for them to work out.
Plenty of people actually appreciate this.
Also, the formula thread is stickied in the FI forum for quick reference.

im gonna agree with you on this one. no formula for that either.
but i understand the whole reasoning for the length in order to get either a short, med, or long turn radius.
