I developed an ulcer when I kinda sorta realized how completely screwed I'd gotten myself.
You start doing jailtime for no license, and they start not wanting to let you have your license back for years, or at least that's how it is around here. Best wished to the tweeker, might want to look into one of those international driver's licenses, I know the DUI guys were running that scam for a while. Also, not every state DMV communicates properly with the other, so you might get an out of state license if you have friends who'll let you declare their address as yours.
