Suspended License Oh my :(
 

So i check my mail yesterday and a nice fat envelope from the DMV is inside. Guess who got thier license suspended for not appearing in court? ME! I should have learned my lesson from the first time they did this when i was 19. Oh well, i guess i'll have to sell the hatch or something else so i can come up with like 1,000 for fines and ----. The ticket was originally fro onto having insurance and expired tags. I cant blame anyone else but myself so i guess now i'll have to pay up by either selling the hatch or a bunch of misc ---- in my house I.E Fender Bass and SOHC ZC ..i still dont know what to do. I'm gonna have to call first and find out how much i'm gonna have to pay.

This is the worst day so far i've had in months!

i was at a stop light and this ------- hick in a truck revved up and i kind of laughed and i started normal and he burned out and pulled a car right away and then i just punched it


only up to like 45mph and theni shut it down

the ------- cops were trying to write me in for freeway racing or some bullshit like that im like, ---- that. I could have burned his ass up to 120 but i stopped at the ------ limit.

thats is bullshit. I think the cops here in ohio aren't like that. They will pull you over if your like peeling out though. but if your going the speed limit it shouldn't matter how fast you got to it :-\

i don't even have a license for the state i'm in-NY.....i traded mine in up in CT but i'm about to switch it back because all the tickets i got havn't went in the system yet

the bass is my ------- heart and soul! had it sign by "millencolin" so it has sentimental value..but still i think i might have to let it go for like $300 with a fender case

i also have a guitar cab thats missing a 15" speaker but is a good parctice amp..i'll go take pics later tonigh..

Dont worry julio.... i dont have a license either.... Apparently the cock mongers at the collection agency didnt ring me up for the whole total of my ticket and i thought i paid it all off and and a week later i get another collection notice... and they are now charging me the 250 civil assesment... and well i didnt pay so my license is suspended....

I think its all bullshit.... so im running rich as ---- polluting the enviroment... thats just my way of getting back at them... or a bomb scare would be nice... maybe some letters with misterious white powder in them.... hmmmmm

julio; your license isnt suspended (i'm presuming you live in cali like me) those letters are just to scare you to make you take care of your court ----, the only time you can have your license VALIDLY Suspended is when it comes from the DMV Certified mail and you or someone in your household signs for it, if it wasnt sent certified your in the clear, believe me i know this i have 29 points on my driving record, suspended 7 times, ---- i think ive driven more without a license in my life than with one :)

hope this helps you out man, basically in a nutshell, set up a payment plan monthly, thats what i do, my total to the DRR (Dept. of Revenue and Recovery) is $6,100. and i pay 80 bux a month :)

ha ha i did get one from the DMV it says to surrender my license cause it is no longer a form of ID....

but i still plan on paying the ticket...---- i have 2 others i have to take care of...---- they better put me on the mexican easy payment plan

Ive had this happen to me 2 maybe 3 times.
Ive gotten out of it everytime.

basically. make up some ----. say you started a new job and you were moving at the same time and you completely forgot.
next thing you know you get a notice saying your license is expired.
the sooner you go the better, it will make a difference in gettign the civil assessment waived for the failure to appear. get yourself a BS insurance card that shows valid insurance for you on the car you got the ticket on on that date.
call me if you want i'll give you a hand if needed.
but yea ive gotten out of it each time.

i drove for 6 months w/suspended license cause of DUI, fleeing and abeding, and wreckless driving. i've never gotten pulled over for no reason, it's always cause of stupid ---- i've done. but if you get pulled over with a suspended license, say hi to bubba for me.

One of my friends got a ticket for "unsafe start" in his 00 Cavalier 2.2 ( the real slow one). He had been waiting 45 minutes to get home because of a Homecoming parade and when the cop finally let him go, 20 minutes after the parade passed. He punched it a little. The first and only time the car ever broke the tires loose in stock form, it let out a tiny chirp and he got an "unsafe start" ticket for it. I tried to get that thing to break the tires loose after that and they wouldn't. Stupid laws being enforced wrong.

and to the fool with all the tickets.. you should not have a license. Its people like this that are the cause for us getting pulled over for "exhibition of speed" and ---- like that.

grow the ---- up and drive normal on city streets.
