Summer - Good time to be single, hot chicks with little clothes are everywhere.., racing cars is cool in nice weather too, and you always hope your A/C works..
Winter - Smoke alot of pot and post crap on forums...Get fat being less active and hope that you have a girl friend...Enjoy football on Sundays.....

When I have to do stuff like this I start writing everything that comes to mind:
not being able to park on the street for snow removal, and not finding any place to park for a couple of blocks.
hockey
sledding
having to shovel snow
having to scrap the snow/frost off you car
when the snow plow driver rips up your grass
ice fishing
snowmobiling
hot chocolate
ugly sweaters
having to visit extended family during the holidays "just because"
having to allow more time in you commute because the snow plows haven't cleared the roads yet
cabin feaver
people whos personality is affected by amount of natural light they get
snowboarding/skiing
crowded malls
no *******
